About.

We are field surveyors, engineers, groundworkers, business developers, project managers, financial administrators, environmental advisors and so much more.

At Morrow, our motto is ‘Excellence Through Experience’. This is what we live by, day to day, and it’s the attitude we bring to every project. With every new experience, we learn; with every new challenge, we broaden our knowledge of this intensive industry.

In such a highly pressured environment, being organised and equipped to handle any job is of paramount importance, no matter the scope. Behind the scenes, we are supported by Morrow’s proprietary job-management software; developed and operated by our team of talented and hard-working technicians.

Not only is it essential to ensure our workforce are working in safe and efficient ways, it’s vital that we study site data to keep getting better. That means better allocation of resources, better workflow design, better systems to process and acknowledge feedback.

Shared Values.

We are determined to make restorative changes to the environment, employing greener ways of working sustainably with our clients towards a net-zero future.

Maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure over decades has taught us that flexibility in day-to-day operations is a must, but for sustainable, long-term success, it can never be at the expense of our company values.

We recognise the worth of each and every one of our team, that pulling together, we can respond to and overcome any challenge.

We know that a great idea can come from anywhere,
that creating a culture where every person contributes to problem-solving makes innovation possible across
the business.

We see our clients as long-term partners, and work together to create smart scheduling that scales and flexes to suit complex and demanding contract workloads.
