Traditional Open-Cut Installations & Repairs.
Morrow specialises in utility works including ongoing maintenance and new installations – whatever the sector, we provide a turnkey design and build solution including excavation, backfill, compaction, and reinstatement services. Our efficient processes and experienced team ensure legislative compliance, ongoing stakeholder consultation, timely completion, minimised service and traffic disruptions whilst maximising productivity and reducing costs.
Health & Safety.
Morrow continues to develop a positive safety culture throughout the company; driven by senior management and underpinned by our ISO 45001 accreditation. We ensure all the necessary policies and procedure are in place and made available to staff who trained in their use via toolbox talks and Health & Safety consultations.
Our Health & Safety platform deployed at Morrow ensures legal compliance, timely plant calibration, scheduling of audits and implementation of recommendations and the scheduling of company-wide training.

Trenchless Utility Installations & Repairs.
Morrow are committed to providing innovative and efficient solutions for utility installation. Our trenchless methods including directional drilling, pipe bursting, pipe pulling, pipe pushing and trenchless repairs offer several advantages over traditional open-cut techniques;
- Minimal disruption – reduction in noise, traffic congestion and property damage.
- Environmental impact – fewer disturbances to ecosystems and reduced carbon emissions.
- Cost-effective – more cost-effective than traditional open-cut techniques, especially in urban areas.
- Speed – faster installations over traditional methods.
Morrow also specialises in trenchless repairs for various utility types; whether it’s a wastewater line or clean water main our experienced team can use advanced techniques to repair damaged sections without the need for extensive excavation.
Trenchless technologies include;
Directional Drilling – Directional drilling is a minimally invasive method that allows us to install utilities beneath obstacles such as roads, railways, and waterways. Using advanced equipment and techniques, we can accurately bore a path through the ground, minimising disruption to the surrounding environment.
Pipe Bursting – Pipe bursting is a technique used to replace existing pipes without digging up the entire trench. By inserting a new pipe into the old one and expanding it, we can create a new, stronger pipeline while minimising disruptions to traffic and property.
Pipe Pushing – Pipe pushing is a suitable method for installing small-diameter pipes in shallow depths. By using hydraulic pressure, the pipe can be pushed through the ground, reducing the need for extensive excavation.
Fleet Management.
With a large fleet attending in excess of 30,000 jobs per annum, we need to ensure that our vehicles and plant are available, roadworthy, legally compliant and fit for purpose. To achieve this we have a Fleet Management team, large workshops and skilled technicians who work closely with our Operations teams to augment fleet performance and ensure vehicle and plant safety.
