Morrow Contracts has built a strong and successful partnership with Openreach since 2017. Our extensive expertise in a wide range of telecommunication disciplines, including poling, civil works, sub-ducting, blown fibre, underground and overhead cabling, splicing, and testing, has been instrumental in delivering critical infrastructure projects for Openreach.

Initially focused on projects in Northern Ireland, we expanded our operations to Scotland in 2022. Following the successful completion of a trial scheme encompassing poling and cable installations, Morrow Contracts was awarded a significant commercial programme of works. This success further solidified the partnership, leading to our appointment as a principal contractor on Openreach’s FB26 build.

Our dedicated Scotland team, strategically located in Dundee, has recently achieved a significant milestone with the extension of their contracts. This expansion will enable them to play a vital role in connecting more homes with full-fibre internet access through Openreach’s ‘Fibre Community Partnership’ (FCP) programme.
